Bug? Animbrush with line, rect, ellipse and spline

When drawing with the line, rect, ellipse and spline tool and an animbrush as the source, set to LOOP, the tools work as expected.

For instance, drawing a line with a multiframe animbrush set to LOOP, yields a progressive chain of frames which cycle (loop) along the line's path. Same holds true for all the other tools above. Almost all the otheranimbrush's ANIM PARAMETER settings also work as expected.

But, if a multiframe animbrush's ANIM PARAMETER is set to NONE, drawing a line ALWAYS yields a chain of frames made up of the FIRST FRAME. If you choose any other frame in the animbrush and draw a line, you would expect THAT chosen frame would be repeated along the line... but what happens instead is the chain of frames stamped along the line, DEFAULT BACK TO THE FIRST ANIMBRUSH FRAME. The same happens with the other tools as well, they also default back to the first animbrush frame.

I think this is a bug (not what you'd expect with the animbrush ANIM parameter set to NONE). Unfortunately, it negates a very useful option for combining a multiframe animbrush source with the line, rect, ellipse and spline tools.

I can confirm for TVPaint 10.5.7 and for TVPaint 11.0.2 on Win7/64.

I made an animbrush containing numbers from 1 to 10. I set the animation of the brush to none. When I set the animation slider to let's say 5, my brush tips shows the 5. But when Idraw a line or rectangle, ... at the moment, the pen nib touches the screen, the brush swaps back to frame 1 and the line will be made of 1s.

And there seems to be another bug.
When drawing a line with the same brush and the animation is set to "loop" and the startframe = 1, the brush seems to stamp the numbers in a correct way. But when releasing the pen nib, the numbers will be reordered in that moment and the stamps will start at another frame (mostly one or two frames before). I know there was (is?) a problem with the brushs animation, when using the line smoothing. But here I deactivated Line Smoothing.

Thank you for testing... and I confirm the second bug you describe in which the preview DOES NOT reflect the final result. The test image you posted precisely illustrates the first problem.

Both bugs are frustrating because there are interesting and useful image progressions that could easily be setup along lines, rectangles, ellipses, and multipoint splines. But the results have to be predictable to be of any use at all.

The mechanics of the bugs would appear to be simple and easy to fix.
