colors with script/pixelmatrix?

Im in need of help to know how to understand the color system for "pixelmatrix"? So i can change the color for my own things...
There are some buttons already fixed with code: tv_cmd Head tv_pixelmatrix 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 1 0

Anyone who can help me how it works?

I have PC, Windows 7 Pro 64bit and Tvpaint 11Pro...

So.. can anyone explain how the color system work?
it would be very mize is someone could do that

Actually, it was not necessary, but we can't stand anymore with illegal users asking for help
