Glitchy output

This has never happened before, but I'm outputting a scene and it is rife with visual glitches. See attached picture. I tried restarting my computer, but still no luck. I am exporting a Quicktime at very high bitrate. What could be causing this and how can I fix it?

This may be the issue. Did you export from a 64-bits version of TVPaint or a 32-bits one ?

64 bit. I have been outputting for ages and never seen this issue. I tried outputting at the next quality down and it worked okay, but odd.
