I'm trying to set up auto save. I'm hoping for my project to get backed up every few minutes, without me noticing it, a process that would happen in the background while I can continue to work, always overwriting the previous auto save backup.
Instead I get a save prompt every few(3) minutes where I have to manually save the project and then another popup where I have to confirm overwriting the existing file. Currently I would call this a save reminder, not "auto" save. Am I not using it properly yet or is this the way auto-save has been designed for TVpaint?

Re: auto save question
No issue on my side : it's saving without annoying me with pop up messages.

Re: auto save question
Thanks Elodie. Good to know. I'll investigate further.

Re: Solved: auto save question
Solved:
Further testing seems to indicate that this is working now. I might have had some unrelated other issues, as TVP crashed a few times while i was attempting to get this to work.
Setting auto save interval to 1 minute instead of 3 and increasing Multi-Backup to 5 or more makes it easier to track how it's saving.
I'm using the Linux version right now. At home I will double-check it on Mac.
