small image import bug

Hello,

Just found out that if an image is imported into TVpaint by drag and drop with its name in korean or chinese you get this:

If I try to import through the menu the file simple will not open.

Solution of course is to rename the file with letter.

it should be fixed in the next update 11.0.3 (today hopefully). If not, please post again and let us know your OS.

This update seems to adress a lot oft stuff. Im getting more and more curious about it

Wow really A LOT of stuff! Some things I hoped for got added, some not. However must been a HUGE amount of work.
