Corrupted File

Hello,
I have a tvpaint file that i cannot possibly open. It still contains the *megabytes* but when i try to open it, tvpaint crashes.
If i click on file / open ... , in the window it shows the file name along with question marks in both count and resolution whereas it does show the size.
Is there anyway to get my file open?

First of all, you need to update the software, as you are using an outdated version of TVPaint 10 (you are using v10.0.16 whereas the latest is v10.5.7 )
Go to this page : http://www.tvpaint.com/v2/content/artic ... update.php" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; and fill in the form with your lock and unlock codes, then after updating, can you tell me if you still have the issue ?

It's on a school's computer so i can't really just go and do this...
Edit: Oh i forgot to tell that the other files work just fine, can it be still a version problem?

yes. Update to 10.5.7 or ask your teacher to do so.
Btw, what is your school ? We can even explain them how to proceed so you won't have anything to do.
