Losing Cintiq touch ring settings when I close TVP
Re: Losing Cintiq touch ring settings when I close TVP
I'll give that a try. I'm not a wizard with this stuff - to uninstall, can I just drag the driver file from my finder window to the trash?

Where do I find the "Go to" menu? Are you saying that I should try deleting TVP 11 and re-installing the software? If yes, can I just delete the software from my hard drive?
Please forgive my lack of computer savvy with this stuff.

No, you must go to System Preferences (apple logo at top left corner), make a right click on Wacom tablet to Remove them.
Then go to Applications and delete Wacom folder.
Then, you can install the drivers.

Go to menu is accessible when you click on the Finder.

I deleted the old Wacom folders and installed driver 6.3.15 as you instructed, but when I draw and then close without saving, I'm still getting the crash notice.
Could I possibly have a corrupted TVP 11 software file?

Ok, good point to know : it's not related to Wacom drivers.
Have you tried then to reset your TVPaint config, as I explained ?

Re: Losing Cintiq touch ring settings when I close TVP
When I open the Finder window, I'm not seeing anything that says "Go to". Is this the Mac Finder with the icon of a blue and white colored happy face?

Guys, can't you organize a Teamviewer session ?
It would be maybe more easy.

You click once on him to display different menus at the top. Among these menus, there is one named "go" (or go to).
Once you clicked on "Go" menu, hold "alt" key on your keyboard to display the Library :
The Library window will pop up : find the folder "tvp animation 11" and delete it.
Of course, make sure tvpaint is closed before doing this
Re: Losing Cintiq touch ring settings when I close TVP
Thanks Elodie! My tiny brain could follow those instructions! I've deleted the TVP Pro 11 folder. I noticed that there's still a TVP Pro 10 in the library. Should I get rid of that as well?

Re: Losing Cintiq touch ring settings when I close TVP
Unfortunately, it's still pulling up the crash notice when I close TVP.
Can you think of any other possibilities as to what's making it crash?

Snap...
Right now, I have no idea... I'll sleep on it and I hope I will have a clue tomorrow!

Thanks Elodie for all of your efforts today! I really appreciate it!
I'm still wondering if it could possibly be a corrupted file in my TVP 11 Pro. No way?

Re: Losing Cintiq touch ring settings when I close TVP
That's actually what I thought, more or less : I wanted you to reset your config because sometimes, when the config is not saved properly when you quit. Tvpaint (for a reason or another), the software is not able to quit normally, without crashing.
But since you reset your config, it's like you were using a fresh new software. So, it shouldn't crash.
Wacom drivers does not seem to be involved with issue either.
Hmm, that's a tricky one. Let me think a little more about it and I'll shall come back

Ok, I've got a new idea. But I'd prefer to go ahead by email, for I am about to ask some some personal data =)
