No, its alright now as in I set all my shortcuts again but I just want to stop it from happening again

I fixed all of my shortcuts and all of the data lost, so yes, it is alright right now. But I want to keep it from happening again so I'm still hoping to find out what caused this in the first place so I can PREVENT it later.
