10 fps -> 24 fps

My project frame rate is 24 fps. To see some ideas quickly I'm currently playing what I have at 10 fps.
When I export a QT it exports 24 fps. If I play the clip in the QT player it's 2.4 times faster than what I want.
Is there a way to convert the speed during export so that the clip shows my action as I see it in TVpaint? Thanks!

Change the framerate (and uncheck time interpolation) in the export panel.

Thanks, but that is the method I used when I encountered the problem. Maybe there is something I don't understand, so I took a screengrab where you can see the settings in the timeline (8 fps this time) and the export window. The resulting clip plays 3 times faster than intended.

While exporting, you have to set the frame rate in 2 places: in the export panel, and in the video codec panel (like Quicktime) as well.

Overall it's not a really good idea to work this way, because in the end you'll have to stick to one of the official film/video frame rates anyway. Most work in 24, 25 or 30 fps right from the start. For a quick check like you want they just change the playback speed in TVP temporarily.

As explained Slowtiger, you use Quicktime, which means you also have to change the framerate there + disable "key image" function.

Thanks guys. I found that un-ticking "stretch to frame rate" in the export panel did the trick.
I tried this at work using Linux.
