Single image export script

I used to have a plug-in, that could Save and Load a single image quickly, avoiding the export panel. Unfortunately it doesn't work any more, and I also cannot find it anywhere on this forum. The panel is called "ImageSave&Load" and it had 3 actions: Load Image, Save Layer and Save Display.
This was an amazing help when dealing with single images as it let me save what I see them really fast.
Does anybody has this working version for TVP 11?

I still use an updated panel of these three buttons almost every day.

I'll post a new tvpx later this weekend.
