Unable to import files Topic is solved

Hello,

I recently got TVPaint Pro 11 x64 after using Photoshop for animation and have been trying to import PSD's as well as MP3 videos to the program, but to no avail. It doesn't matter if I drag the item to the program, open it up through the menu, or the folder at the top of the window, nothing happens each and every time.

I'm unsure what could be causing the non-action, as no error windows or anything of the sort pops up-- the program just acts as if I haven't done anything at all.

Any help resolving this would be greatly appreciated.

Did you update to version 11.0.3 ?

If you didn't, I strongly advise you to do it. You can update from the software (Help menu > check for updates).
