How do you output with alpha channel for Photoshop?

Post by BruceM »

I'm trying to output a short line test sequence (just line, no color/texture layer) with alpha channel that can be taken into Photoshop. Can anyone tell me what the settings should be to do that? I've tried a number of things with no luck.

Thanks,

RGBA indicates rendering with alpha. Choose a file format which suppports alpha, like TIFF or PNG. Don't forget to un-check Background.

I think the "un-check background" is where I went wrong.

Thanks again, Slowtiger. Seems as though you're always saving my bacon!
