Re: Crazy file sizes

Still having this problem and wondering if there has been any attempt at a solution. Today I have a simple scene which is a massive 958 mb. I opened the scene again, made one tiny adjustment to the frame length of a scene by just one frame, saved it and found it reduced in size to 343 mb. Essentially no change, but clearly something got deleted in the background to reduce the files size by over 600 mb. I then deleted a couple of layers (just line drawing, nothing rich or complicated) and the file reduced to just 18 mb. It makes no sense. Any progress on this issue?

Not yet, there are other priorities right now. You will discover them soon.

Thank you for your understanding.

Do you have all the files with the various sizes ? on a backup disk maybe ?
If so, use wetransfer to send them to us that would help.
