artifacts when pallets are moved

Hi Elodie - Sorry in advance for posting on a posted topic - this post has new information - I am working on a mac pro with a cintiq 22 inch, running sierra and using tvp 11.03 - My computer has new graphics card ( so that is not the issue) I am getting artifacts when i move
Am I missing a setting ? has anyone else ever had this issue ? thank you in advance ...debra

Hi Debra,

Can you go to the Applications folder, then hit "Cmd + I", and see if you have this option :

TVP 64bit in Low Res.jpg (74.79 KiB) Viewed 32420 times

If you have this option, then click on it, and try to start TVPaint Animation again to see if you still have the issue.

hi Thierry ( sorry I thought it was Elodie answering - bad cold here ) - thank you for getting back to me so quickly .
it seems that I don't have that option for tvpaint 11. Is there another place to look ? I went over the prefs - but didnt see that option .
I threw out all my old versions of TVpaint .

Hi Thiery - I tried changing my screen resolution but that didn't work . I still have the atifacts -at all screen resolutions

Can you click on "Default for display" and see if you still have the artifacts ?

Hi Thierry - Just thought I would mention that the issue is not in the monitors I am using. At least according to the Senior Apple support technician who did the screen sharing - he told
me if he saw the artifacts then they were not screen issues . That's why they replaced the graphics cards. And actually one more thing- the artifacts are only in TVPaint...my most important program.

Yesterday I tried the TVP with each of my monitors plugged in by themselves - and i still had the issue- my thought is that is is the computer and TVP.
But I must admit my tech skills are limited. ; ) my best debra
