TVPaint crashing after minimizing Topic is solved

Hello,

I have a problem with TVPaint (Standard 11 edition) crashing. The crash will occur after I have minimized TVP and then try to bring it back up on screen. The message appears:

'TVPaint Animation 11 (32bits) has stopped working

A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.'

I am using the software on a Microsoft Surface Pro 4.

This problem happened to me too.
I think there is a problem with N-trig devices.
( I'm not using Surface Pro 4, but Vaio Z Canvas which also uses N-trig)
Minimizing or even moving the window crashes TVpaint when it's done by pen.
Doing it with fingers, trackpads nor mices don't have any problems.

In my case this trouble was fixed by changing the API to Ink.
Turning it to Wintab causes the problem.
But then Right-click stops working with Ink...(It works with Wintab).
For now I'm setting the shortcut for Right-click to a keyboard.

That's the wau "Ink" works, I'm afraid it can't change easily.

Do you use some specific N-Trig drivers ?
Do you use the v11.0.3 ?

I've updated our Surface Pro 3 with the latest version of Windows 10, and still no crash, whether it's Pro or Standard.

What software do you have on your tablet ? Some of them could cause an interference with TVPaint.
Is your Windows 10 up to date ?

I use latest version of Windows 10 Pro and TVpaint 11.0.3.
I don't think I have no special software that can cause this problem.
I have no idea what version of N-trig my computer uses,
but the Wintab driver is the one which can be downloaded from here

I think N-trig which used in Surface Pro 3 is different from that of Surface Pro 4 since the pressure sensitivity is different.
I assume Surface 4 Pro and Vaio Z Canvas uses the same N-trig version considering from the pressure sentitivity.
Could this be the reason?
