What was the resolution for this problem? I am still having the same problem of TVPaint crashing on my Surface Pro 4 when it's minimized and then maximized or if the window is moved at all. It is because of the pen pressure sensitivity? If anyone has any instructions could you please send them on.

Thanks for coming back to this topic. I thought you abandoned it.
We have received the dump file from Shunsuke Saito and we are currently trying to find from where comes the issue.
At the moment, we think that turning off wintab in the preferences should prevent the bug to happen. It's only a workaround before a fix.

But do you also want to help and record & sent us your own dump file ? That might help.
if so, I will send you some instructions.

your OS architecture (32 or 64 bit) + CPU type and amount of RAM.

We just bought a Surface4. No bug detected ...

Can you also provide the list of software installed on your computers ? (please do a screenshot of the add/remove programs window)
Did you install a specific N-Trig driver from the web ? If so, which one ?
Is your Windows and/or TVPaint in Japanese langage ?

Sorry about the late reply. Here are the details of my Surface Pro 4:

Processor: i5-6300U CPU @ 2.40 GHz 2.50GHz
RAM: 4.00 GB
OS: 64-bit

My copy is the Standard English language version.

I'm still having many crashing issues as described above. When minimizing and maximizing again, or adjusting the window of TVpaint. I also have friends where TVpaint will crash after the Surface keyboard has been flapped up.

I haven't downloaded any N-trig drivers for it yet. Could you send me a link to a driver that might help with the issue?

Hello again!

I've found that the problem is with the interaction of the surface pro pen. So when I click on the icon or the header to minimize/maximise, the program then crashes. Minimizing is fine when done with the fingertips on the screen, but I think it has issues with the pen and the touchscreen interacting. I recently bought tvpaint pro, and have found that this bug still prevails.

Any further updates?
