Hello Nick,
The issue might come from the fact that you are using an old dongle. Do you mind if we continue this via email? I will send you a PM.
Anyway the "STD" in your Lock code is for "Standalone" meaning that you are using a 1-user dongle and not a Network one ("NET").

I have been using Tvpaint for months on my Mac Book Pro with MacOS High Sierra Version 10.13.6 with the drivers that you sent me.
I don't know why it has stopped working.
The dongle is connected correctly (the yellow light is on), but when I start the software, a message window appears saying that the Tvpaint doesn't detect the dongle.
I have re-started the computer several times, and tried with another usb-c adaptor, but the same message appears.

Just came in to say that Dean was correct, my problem was the old SuperPro dongle. He sent out a new one, I got a new lock code and unlock code, and I confirmed that TVP 11 does now run on my iMac/OS X Catalina with the new dongle. I have sent the old one back. So it's all good!
But today I got a pop-up message on the iMac, saying "Legacy System Extension - Existing software on your system loaded a system extension signed by SNFT Germany GmbH which will be incompatible with a future version of Mac OS. Contact the developer for support." I believe that would be the Sentinel dongle driver? TVP is working fine at the moment with OS 10.15.6, so I don't know what new update is likely to cause the problem.

Hi Nick,
Your Mac must be referecing the upcoming Big Sur update. As usual and like a big part of our competitors, we recommend delaying the update on your machine until we have more information on how to make it work perfectly on the new version

Hi there,
I recently upgraded my computer to macOS Catalina and my dongle isn't being recognized. I searched the forum and it sounds like I have to download Sentinal Driver 7.4.2 version. But when I downloaded it and unlocked my security & privacy, it's saying the 7.4.2 version isn't compatible with Catalina. Help! I cannot use my TVPaint.
Thanks.
I have the same issue, did you fix it?

Hello, a version of the Sentinel driver compatible with Catalina is available in the TVPaint MacOS installation package. It is labelled as "PostCatalina Sentinel".

I did some tests with the last beta and it works with Sentinel driver 7.5.4, you can get it here:
SentinelSystemDriver.pkg.zip
Can you try with this driver please ?
