I couldn't see MDT on iTunes.

After doing a "Paul Fierlinger"-search I only get free podcasts.

Hmm Not sure why it's not coming up. I typed in "My Dog Tulip" in the store search engine and it popped up for 9.99

Tulip makes her appearance on U.S. streaming video, Hulu Plus. I discovered it listed as feature film #807 and the quality of play back looks fantastic on my big flat screen TV.
