Moving Backgrounds

Hi All, i'm new 'n now it's my first time here!

Well, about backgrounds 'n characters: i'm testing the STANDARD EDICTION of TVP 'n as everyone i need to get Background 'n character that has movements.
I know the Standard ediction not has the Camera tool so i must use the KEYFRAMER. Someone of you can say me Step by Step exactely how i can obtain that the background moves, please???
It's very important for me, if it's easy or not it will be main in my thinkin' to acquire this software or not.

Nice work on this David. I've done that process many times, traditionally and in ToonBoom but it really helps to see exactly where to do this in TV Paint.
