Password protected user profiles

At our school Erics suggestion doesn't work, because the problem is that the standard version doesn't allow you to choose the config location.

Having students install their personal profile folder into the right location before each class turns out to be unpractical.
And so students all work with the default settings which doesn't really give them the optimal tvpaint experience.

i would welcome it if there was some kind of solution to make it a bit easier for standard users to use their own settings.
