I'm hoping to! I have a short project in the works, as a matter of fact, and am working on the animatic for it!

Yeah, much more simplified, although I haven't done a lot of character animation and have been focusing on FX and environmental stuff. I've played with that idea, using the new pencils for the line work and using the watercolor brush to even paint and shade the characters.
