I forgot about KEEP; thanks.
But making the first brush smaller doesn't turn it into a Chinese brush, just makes the globs smaller and near impossible to draw with, unless I go over the same place back and forth, which eventually fills in the left out spaces.

hmmm,
What kind of result do you have if you draw a line with the first brush of the TVPX file ? Please can you post a screenshot ?

Mind you, I was still drawing the line where you see nothing.

It seems more or less good.
The animbrush behavior is speed dependant, and can give many different results.
I will run some test, and come back to you, probably tomorrow.

I don't see why you are so happy with these results. It seems to me that Debra was able to draw complete brush strokes at a natural drawing speed; I was never able to get anywhere close to that. With the "strokes" you see here, I had to rub those in -- not anything like real paint brush drawing -- more like smudging with an extremely dry, out of paint, cruddy brush that sat too long in the sun.

Hi first thanks Paul and Fabrice I just read your notes and if the new Chinese brush interferes with the cut brush I think I will take a pass on trying it as I am just up on my new TVP legs and animating ... but thank you Paul for pursuing this for me...
Fabrice the one thing to look into that I think might help with the problem is that when the brush stopped working for me the Icon that showed the animation, ( that was the brush working ), stopped there for making the highlights run in streaks causing the 3d effect....
the only time I get that animated brush icon is when its making the blue powdery line.
many thanks for looking into this for me.
Paul thank you!!!!

Paul Sandra,
ok, I will take a look this week end if I have enough time and if I find an internet connection.
