I sent the following email to TVPaint on May 26, 2016 and still have not received a response... So I am posting here as well.
Hello Léo,
My name is Kevin Woodard. We briefly met when you brought TVPaint 11 and demoed it to Matthew Stoehr. I am having an issue with getting both TVPaint 10 and 11 working on El Capitan (10.11.5). I keep getting the dongle error message… The dongles are on a Mac server, the service is running, and the computers running Maverick’s can launch just fine. The Maverick's computers and the El Capitan computers are using the same licensing file and are on the same subnet. The registration files are in properly named folders within the applications folder on both sets of Mac's.
Is there something I am missing on El Capitan?
Thank you,
—

Re: Cannot get TVPaint to work on El Capitan
Hello Kevin,
I have just checked our database, it appears that you also used the contact form.
Thierry Cantet sent you an answer shortly after you wrote us in this webpage.
Can you check your spam box ?
If you don't mind, I prefer to keep such questions private and answered by email (they often involve license numbers which don't have to be written in the forum)
I'm sending you an email right now, so we can keep discussing.
