Dual Screen issues

I'm having a problem with a dual screen setup. Whenever I hit the maximize button on the drawing canvas it, does this weird thing, but only on my cintiq.

This is my iMac Screen

and this is my cintiq screen

Not a clue why it does that. I checked for updates so I SHOULD have whatever the latest version of TVP11 is. My main monitor is my iMac since the display is nice and huge, but I just want to use TVP on my cintiq. The problem persists in fullscreen mode. It happens when I drag TVP from my iMac screen over to the cintiq. I'd like to get this fixed cuz I like being able to hit 0 toggle making the draw space huge, but I cant do that when it's in widowed mode.

Thanks!

iMac 27in OSX.11.5
TVP 11.0.3 64bit
Cintiq 13HD Driver version 6.3.15-3

I'm not sure what is causing your Cintiq to display the project window like that , but when it happens , does this help (see attached movie ) , to double-click the top bar of the project window ? --

That puts it into windowed mode, which I guess is fine, but I'd like to be able to toggle having a much larger drawing space by pressing 0 and only keeping maximized does that.

I guess in short, I want to be able to do this by toggling the 0 key

but if I put it into windowed mode by double clicking the top bar, it does this

If I move it to the cintiq after pressing 0, this happens.

The 13HD is pretty small and I've got tennis elbow, so I need the largest space possible for drawing so I can work more ergonomically with broader strokes. The program runs fine when that thing is in windowed mode but if I can get it to work well doing this it'd be super helpful.

In the meantime I'll try updating my wacom driver, I'm pretty sure it's up to date but who knows, maybe I missed a thing. EDIT: I just updated, but it didn't help the problem. I'm now on driver version 6.3.16-12 for Wacom

Do you need the bar on the bottom of the window? If not you could get rid of this problem and get more space by choosing VIEW -> INLAY VIEW

That definitley seems to work! Though I would really prefer to have that bar down there. Those are all functions I'd like to have on hand. Is there maybe another pop out window that has all of that?

Depends on what you need from it. WINDOWS -> ANIMATION -> REMOTE brings back all the playback controls. Do you need some other stuff from the bottom bar?

For right now it looks like the remote is doing what I need it to. It would be great to have a real fix for this issue but this'll do me fine in the meantime. Thank you! :>

Hi,

We've know of this bug for a while, but I need to know if your iMac has a Retina screen (as far as we know, it only happens with Retina screens)

It's already in our todo-list.

Oh great! Glad to know you guys have it on the to do list. My iMac is non retina (late 2013 model), but this is the model just before the retina display release, so maybe it's something to do with that.

Let me know if you guys need full specs, I'd be happy to provide :>

You got it!

OSX ElCapitan (10.11.5)
iMac (27-inch, Late 2013)
Processor 3.4 GH Intel Core i5
Memory 24GB 1600 MHz DDR3 (it came with 8 but I upgraded manually. It has 4 slots)
Graphics NVIDIA GeForce GTX 775M 2048 MB

My Cintiq 13HD (non touch) is plugged into the Thunderbolt port via mini display port to HDMI adapter.

Hope that helps!

Thanks, I missed it. I only saw this issue with retina screen, not with normal ones.
