I attached an image, it's a screenshot from a video game trailer, Overwatch. In the trailer, this is also just a still image. But I loved how this art style looked.
Would it be possible to make an animation with TvPaint having this style? Notice the features on the woman's face, like the shading, line quality, lighting, and everything. Would it be possible to make something that appeared exactly like this style, but in motion and animated? Because in most animations I've seen from TvPaint, the style is a lot simpler and minimal.
Would animating in this style be too hard? Topic is solved

Wow, that's phenomenal. Thank you so much for showing me this. Where can I see more quality 2D animated films? I'm literally just going to youtube and typing "2D animated films" and searching around.
