Hello! First time poster here
My computer crashed whilst I was working and now tvpaint wont recognize the file and crashes when I try to open it. The file still shows the size and date of the file but there's a question mark next to the resolution and count. I'm currently using TVPaint 10 pro (10.0.16) on windows 10. Is there any way to fix this at all?

Hey Fabrice, thanks for the reply! Unfortunately I'm working on a school computer and I can't install updates without administrator permission, does that mean my file is doomed..

Don't worry : you can send us the file so we can try to save something from it.
Regarding your school, you can send us the email of the administrator : we will be glad to help him or her to update the license and avoid such troubles in the future.
But maybe we are already in touch with him or her. Could you please tell me your school's name ?

End of the story :
The file was done on a cracked version of TVPaint 10.
The school was not responsible of it, Caroline was. I lock the topic.
