Hi, I upgraded from tvpaint 10.5 to tvpaint 11 on friday the 14th(14/10/2016). I received the paypal receipt and the page said electronic download and that my new codes would be send to me by email.

Slightly freaking out here 'cause I haven't received any. Also is it because of the weekend? Will I only get the codes and the software during the next week?

Do you guy know anything about this?

I reactivated your forum account and answered by email.
Don't worry, we will find what's going on tomorrow. I had a hard time to discuss with Paypal from home, especially because they check the phone number of the person contacting them.
Everything should be more easy from the office, since our account is linked to the company, not to me.
