Export is limited to 1x1 pixels

My technical details: macOS Sierra 10.12 on MacBookPro (Early 2011). TV-Paint version 11.0.3 64 bits
My problem: When I try to export, no matter whether a single frame or a sequence and no matter which setting, the source resolution is given as 1x1 (see image) and in the preview you only see a white dot... because it's one white pixel.
I didn't have this problem before, even though I don't remember when the last time was I exported something, maybe this summer. Since then the only thing I can think of that has changed is my OS (Sierra).
Please help because if I can't export, TV-Paint is pretty useless!
