Duplicate structure changes color group - (SOLVED)
I love the new Duplicate Structure feature, but for some reason every time I use it, it changes the new layer's color group into something else. Any reason for that? seems like a bug to me - I would expect the new layer to remain in the same color group. The first time I used it, the new layer was just disappearing on me only because it was turn into a color group that was hidden...

Re: Duplicate structure changes color group - a bug?
I think the Duplicate Structure is just a layer preset type. Open the Layer Preset Manager ("Open New Layer Presets") and you'll see that the preset has a color identified with it (light blue?) - you can change it to "Same as current layer."

Wonderful, that worked, thanks! I didn't realize there is a separate setting for that. Strangely it was set to a color group in the middle of the list.meslin wrote:I think the Duplicate Structure is just a layer preset type.
