Enable "Pop Up for drag and drop images" in Prefs

A friend who is new to TVPaint asked about moving images on the timeline . I mentioned the option in Prefs to enable "Pop Up for drag and drop images" . (under the Display Tab). He said that option is not there in his Preferences. Is that option to enable "Pop Up for drag and drop images" only in PRO version and not in the Standard version ? Or is it located in a different place for Windows users ? (I'm on Mac).

Maybe he's not up to date? It's a pretty new feature
I'm on windows and no problem with that

EDIT : it seems the option is available since v11.0.3
