Installing again a network license on a second Mac

Hi everybody,
after I upgrade my MacBook to Sierra, and I decided to going back to a better working OS for my older MacBook, I decided to increase the capacity of it with an SSD HD. Briefly, now I'm with an empty HD, a new one, and I can't install the TVPaint on it.
I know that I'm allowed to install the software only on two different workstations; I have one of the two allowed on my desktop Mac, but the one I had on my Macbook , after the renewing, is gone!
This is what is written in the window: you exceeded the number of the allowed network licenses
How can I install again the second one?
Thank You!
