Any way to preview solid drawings in Light Table?

Hi
I am working on imported footage which is basically a sequence of photographed drawings. I haven't stumbled upon this issue before, as there as no need, but now I realize, that the Light Table can only show solid colors, and not the actual drawing. Is there any way to do it? if not, I would put it in a biiiig feature request... thanks.

Lighttable works with alpha. What about processing your drawings with scan cleaner first? Maybe duplicate the layer first.

right, I see - well, if I scanclean the drawing, then I will lose the colors - what I need to do, is paint directly on the drawings, preserving the color, while seeing the previous frame...

Can't you use the FX : Colors > Scan Cleaner color ? (available since 11.0.3)

I still don't get where your problem lies. What are your images ? What do you want to see ?

sorry, stupid me - I just realized, that with "Image Color" mode on and Blend To Front, it's perfectly possible! Sorry for the bother! :)
