Missing Paper Textures

Post by runjimmyrun »

Hello!

I have a problem that can probably be solved easily. All my textures are missing from my paper panel. It is empty and only has an "All" menu option that does nothing. And any time I click on the paper icon on the main panel, nothing happens...presumably because there are no texture in the paper panel. Am I missing something obvious?

My specs:
Mac OS Sierra v. 10.12.6
3.7 Ghz Quad-Core Intel Xeon E5
12 GB RAM
64-bit

TVP Professional 11 Pro (11.06-64 bits)

Thanks!

This issue happened to me once in my second Mac session and to another customer, but I have no idea of the reason.

I'll give you a copy of my papers asap (I'm not in the office) and tell you were to put them.

Thanks!

FYI, I'm on a network and all the TVPaint seats lost their paper textures. So I assume I will have to import the textures onto the machine that TVP was installed. Or will the textures have to be imported on each machine?

Here is the zip folder with papers.

If all TVPaint cannot use papers, I'm afraid you will have to copy the papers on each.

Sorry about that. Could you tell me more about your Mac OS ? Are the accounts were admin or standard accounts ? We will check on our side to fix that issue.

Thanks for the file! I copied them over and everything is working fine. I'll have our IT person install the papers on the rest of the computers.

I work at a small college and we use macOS Sierra v.10.12.6. We have TVP installed on the server and our class computers are networked to it and need admin privileges.

Let me know if need to know anything more specific. Thanks again! :D
