Bug with Multi Plane Camera
Posted: 01 Mar 2018, 17:25
Hi!
When trying to use my Multi Plane Camera (although I believe this issue is also occurring with my Keyframing tool), I cannot apply the FX stacks I create.
I went through this step by step with another experienced TVPaint user, who confirmed that I was using the tool correctly, but they didn't understand why my issue was working. Restarting TVPaint didn't help at all.
Basically, when I create a panning effect with the Multi Plane camera or the keyframer, it works perfectly in the preview menu. However, when I click Apply FX Stack, the effect disappears and does not work, and I need to scrap my FX effect and start all over. It doesn't ever work correctly for me.
I have selected the frames I wish to add the effect to, and I'm sure I'm doing this on the correct layer. I have also marked in and out, so that isn't the issue.
I believe this is a bug in my software itself.
Does anybody know how to fix this?
