Bad File: What can I do when TVP won't open the file?

Hi there.

I am currently using TVP 11 pro version in windows 10.
last night before I left my work, I closed the program normally and shut down my PC. and this morning when i came back and tried to open the file that i was working on, TVP wont open the file properly.

When I tried to open my file, suddenly an alert box pops saying, 'bad file'.

I already tired open in different PC and tried open in TVP 10 as well but the file seems not to show the full layers. most of my layers are gone except a few of sketch layers.

I read some of people asking for similar issue in this forum. and seems the issue can be solved by some people here by sending the damaged file to them.

Could anyone knows whom that I can ask and send my file to? And I understand that the file might not perfectly recovered but I am so desperate to have even a little bit more of layer to be recovered.
