Upgrading TVPaint Mid-Project

Hi all,

I'm nearing the end of my project, and have enlisted people to color= using CTG layers. Unfortunately, I believe that because I don't have the latest version of TVPaint, the CTG layers are glitching the files (squiggles aren't applied, half the layers are gone). My question is would it be okay to upgrade to fix this CTG issue? My fear is that updating to the latest version would mess with my files, or I wouldn't be able to open the files, or open TVPaint, etc. The current version I have on my computer is 11 Pro (11.0.0- 64 bits) and my colorists have the latest version.

The current version I have on my computer is 11 Pro (11.0.0- 64 bits)

This is a very outdated version of TVPaint 11 (it's the one that came out in February 2015).
I strongly advise you to update to the latest version, 11.0.8. Go to the Help > Check for Updates main menu.
We've fixed a lot of issues with CTG layers in the various versions, so you should definetely see an improvement.
