Trouble with brush pen

Hi,

I'm having some annoying issues with using the pen in TVPaint.

When I try to do a quick circle a jagged edge will appear as in the attached. Also when I try to make a quick curve from corner to corner it attempts to complete the end of the line and then jumps back.

I'm using an Intuos 4 and also getting the same results using the mouse. I've also downloaded the laters driver. I don't have these issues in Photoshop.

Do you have any advice?

What is your Operating System?
Have you removed every trace of previous tablet drivers before installing new ones?

However, if you are having the same issue with the mouse, make sure first that you don't have any guideline activated.

Mac OS Sierra 10.12.6
I don't think I would have removed any previous tablet driver versions.
No guidelines activated.

It's similar, drawing circles and getting a jagged edge in places, not necessarily at the start. It's a lot smoother on Photoshop. And the other problem is the line jolting back at the end of a stroke.

I've tried turning off the tip double click distance and full screen mode which hasn't made a difference.
