Hi, I'm currently on TVP 11 version 11.0.8-64 bits, on Mac OS X Sierra 10.12.6, Wacom driver 6.3.29-6, on the Cintiq 22HD.

Drawing curves produces a sudden straight line in the drawing as shown below:
Is there any way to fix this?

i am now on linux: i have the same isue. it seems to be unrelated to brush size or complexity.
the effect is the same with a large custombrush as with the standard pentool

on this machine: no problems, even when circling very fast with a heavy brush. no straight lines show up.

I have a similar problem, but it happens only when I start drawing the curve - the beginning of the curve is almost always a line segment when drawn fast.

gjeaks, your issue could be because of the line smooth function.
try drawing those shapes with line smoothing switched off.

Try to reset your application (TVPaint or other softwares) in your Wacom Tablet Properties. It often solves all my problems with my Companion 2.

I have tried it without line smoothing. Doesn't seem to work
