Hello!

I'm having an issue with an imported series of images - the light table doesn't seem to work on them? I have tried some different settings inside the light table prefs, but nothing has worked. It's probably something simple I'm missing, but it's driving me crazy!

Also, when I try to erase anything, TVpaint just draws on the image in purple, even if I have a different color selected (not that I want to draw when I'm trying to erase!). I am confused.

I hope someone can tell me what I'm doing wrong!

Did you use the Image Cleaner on the imported images first? Looks like you didn't, so all white areas are not transparent, so Light Table can only show an opaque rectangle, and what you erased are just holes through which you see the previous frame.

Erm, no... I thought that was only if you wanted to delete the white background?

ETA: The cleaner worked, and I am happy again! Thank you!

Can anyone tell me why the eraser is purple?

Exacrtly. You need to do that in order to make the light table work and show the black lines of the drawings instead of the whole scan.

Thank you, slowtiger! The eraser isn't purple anymore either, I suppose that had to do with the uncleaned images. You're the best!
