I havent used TVpaint in a while.. Today I decided to fire it up and play around again.. In the few hours Ive had it open its crashed twice.. and not just freezing up.. but just closing out completely. On Top of that. my shortcut keys were no longer saved, and each time I open it, Ive had to redo the shortcuts.. I have 10.5.7 64bit

anyone else having this issue?

Can you check in the preferences panel if your startup configuration is set to "remember last used configuration", or to "keep always the same configuration".
It is preferable to set it as "remember last used configuration', that way if you change something in your interface like your shortcuts, it will remember the changes.

For the frequent crashes, I advise that you reset your whole configuration. But before that, please export all your custom panels and your shortcuts as they will be compeltely deleted.
The resetting should fix the crashes.

What is your Operating System?

Hello MindChamber,

What is your TVPaint version? (10.?.? or 11.?.?)

10.5.7... I was considering upgrading to 11, but I nearly don't have the free time I used to, to try to wrap my head around these unintuitive interface panels. Maybe when the price drops.

Welp.. just lost around 3 hours of work.. my fault for not making more iteration saves I guess, but the program closed during a save.. and the file no longer opens.... I think. Im done with this program.
