Assigning eraser tool so stylus is pen at nib end and eraser at the other

I know this is not a new topic. I have read the many posts on the subject but have still not been able to do this. I would appreciate it if you could explain in detail how I can do this.

Choose the tool you want to use with the nib of your pen and choose the eraser and size you want to assign to it directly with the eraser end.
