Single file opens as blank project?

Hello! I have been having some trouble opening a particular file. It was working just fine a few nights ago, but when I went to open it the next day, TVPaint would only open a blank file (like Untitled 1). When I try to open the file from the File tab, TVPaint would stop responding and crash. Other files open just fine. The file still has all its KB in the explorer, so it's not empty. For whatever reason it just doesn't want to open on my computer!
Also, the file is apparently too large to attach here. I have uploaded it to google drive, if that's okay. I promise it is not a virus.

Microsoft Windows 10 Pro
64-bits, Intel Core i7-4558U CPU , 8 GB RAM
TVPaint Standard, version 11.0.6
Wacom Cintiq Companion 2 W1310, driver version 6.3.23-1
