Hi, can someboyd help me? The new Gaomon tablet doesnt work with TVpaint :(

My student has a problem. The Wacom tablets work perfectly fine with TVPaint on her laptop (Acer), but the gaomon pd1560 tablet doesnt read the programme at all. Even the cursor doesnt move on the tablet when the TVpaint is open. Every other software works fine on her tablet, but not TVpaint.

Can somebody explain?

which Windows version are you using?
I am not familiar with this tablet, but you can try changing the Tablet setting in Edit>Preferences pane, General tab from Wintab to Ink.
You can also try disabling SubPixel option (if it's enabled).

To be frank, I don't know about any other tablet except Wacom, that will work good with TVPaint. If nothing helps, I would strongly recommend getting a Wacom...
