Difficulty with licensing - MacOS - Network Log in

Hello all,

I'm tasked with resolving some licensing issues for my institution.
We have a couple of dongles, each with 5 licenses on them.

Currently we have a room of iMacs with TVpaint installed, they already have the Seirra Sentinal drivers loaded.

Although the license entry is accepted by the Administrator account, the floating license location is not available to network/login users.

Is there better set up documentation available? - perhaps this is available but was sent to a colleague who is away at the moment.

I've tried duplicating valid data from ~/administrator/Library/tvp animation 11 pro... folder and adding it to the english.lproj folder, the data doesn't seem to fix the issue for new users.

Aside from:
~/library/tvp animation..
and
~/users/Administrator/library/tvp animation..

Are there any other significant file locations?
