I just wanna make sure if version 11 pro are compatible with version 10? ...Specially... If it works to open a fil from 11 pro on version 10? And if yes! ..are there any infrequency, bugs or issue or other simple stuff i should think of?

You can easily exchange project files between versions, but of course newer features like special layers will not be available in older versions.
