scrubbing sound goes offset

HI Team,

I seem to have an odd problem, I never came accross before in all the years using TVP Pro now. But had a break for 2 years. So might be a problem with updates?
Working with TVP Pro 11.0.8-64 on windows 10 version 1709.

Loading a soundfile and preview or scrubb it with "Mark in" frame 1 everything is working fine.
But as soon I set another "Mark in" frame, preview stays fine but scrubbing the sound in the timeline, sound plays offset a few seconds in advance.
Any ideas?

Update: a bit of more detail to the problem:

When I set a mark in frame, it scrubs the sound of the frame number times 2.
mark in frame 10 - scrubs frame 20 at that point
mark in frame 100 - scrubs frame 200 at that point
