Issue Opening a File

Hi community,
I am trying to open my TVPaint file ( which I have been working on for a past couple of month) but the TVPaint is not reading it. It does not responds and crashes every time I try to open this file. I am facing problem with only this file and I tried opening it in other systems having TVPaint software but still the results were the same. What happened was I saved it but someone switched off the UPS while I was working on it. Till then it was fine. Problem started after UPS was turned on and when I tried to reopen my file. I am giving the link here. Please help me out here.

Windows 7
32 GB RAM
64-bit OS
Wacom Cintiq 22HD
TVPaint 11
