Bug: TVPaint on Mac doesn't remember recent location on Open/Import

I don't remember if it was an issue before, because I haven't been on TVPaint for a while...
I am on Mac OS High Sierra, TVP STD 32 bit 11.0.10
TVpaint never remembers last file Open/Import location - it always will open the Documents folder no matter what. Contrary the Saving/Exporting location is always remembered. The problem is just with Open/Import.
is it just me or others have it too?

I have the same problem in OSX since 10.11 with other programs.

Haha - and again - all other software works fine at my end :)

I guess that's what you get when you forget to sacrifice just one chicken last year.
