Error with FX Stack

When I open FX Stack and press control + Z to undo something, the opened stage disappears. I close and open the stage over and over again but I still can't find the panel... it's like hidden or something. Please help. I've been reinstalling the program to get the open stage panel to show again.
Could you send me a video of the issue occuring, please?
