Tool Presets V1

So, I'm working on TVPaint Version 11 and I noticed that the Tool Presets only have V2 and not V1. I tried looking under the custom panels and windows and got nothing. Is there a way I could get the old Tool Presets back?

Just in case: the latest 11.5 update has a third version of the Tool Presets panels, which has the pencil brushes from V1.

That's very generous, but how exactly do I add it to the program?

In the Custom Panels menu, at the top of the TVP main window > Load a custom panel

What Dean said in the post above , or simply drag-and-drop the .tvpx file on an open TVPaint project window and follow the prompts to install.
